Macnabs have been representing clients in the criminal Courts throughout Scotland for many, many years. If a moment of madness has landed you in Court, or if you feel that you are being unjustifiably prosecuted, then we can provide you with all of the necessary advice to deal with any prosecution.

Before prosecution – we can provide you with full advice on your rights if you are to be questioned, detained or arrested; after prosecution – we can examine any criminal complaint and provide you with advice on whether you should be pleading guilty or proceeding to trial.  We have extensive experience in representation in the criminal Courts and will seek to ensure that, at all times, you have a fair hearing and the best possible defence.

Please note that although we continue to provide Legal Aid in respect of all civil matters, we do not participate in the Criminal Legal Aid scheme.
