Macnabs, today announces the promotion of Alan Roughead and Stewart Baillie who will both become Partners in the firm.

Alan, who joined Macnabs from MacRoberts in 2017, heads up the Private Client team, advising clients on a variety of issues including the preparation of Wills, Estate planning, asset protection and Executry administration. Alan is also a notary public, a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is treasurer of the Faculty of Procurators and Solicitors in the City and County of Perth.

Stewart is the Director of Property at Macnabs and has a wealth of legal experience, in particular advising on residential sales and purchases, as well as dealing with commercial transactions, acting for landlords and tenants, and also those in the agricultural sector.
