Sarah started her journey at Macnabs as a trainee and is now a Partner in our Private Client Team. Sarah’s friendly and practical approach is appreciated by clients as she advises them on a variety of private client matters including Wills, Powers of Attorney, estate and succession planning and executry administration. She also adminsiters the Trust for the Trustees of the Sinclair Trust.
Sarah is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP) and was awarded a STEP Worldwide Excellence Award for obtaining the top scoring mark in Scotland for the Wills and Executries: Law and Practice examination and achieved distinction in all four examinations.
Based in the Perth office of Macnabs, Sarah also spends significant time in our Pitlochry office.
Outwith work, Sarah is from a family of avid St Johnstone F.C. supporters – which has eventually taken its toll, and she is now a season ticket holder!

Jacqueline is an Associate within the Commercial and Residential Property department at Macnabs, having joined the team in 2014. She has over 25 years experience in all aspects of Residential and Commercial Property, including buying, selling, remortgage and title transfer work of residential property and in the leasing, sale and purchase of business property.
Jacqueline also has a considerable amount of experience in Private Client work providing advice on all aspects of will preparation, inheritance tax advice, Power of Attorney, Trusts and Executry matters.
Away from the office, Jacqueline is married with three children and enjoys reading, movies and competing with her horse and ponies.

Jane has nearly 20 years’ experience litigating in the Court of Session, Sheriff Courts and Tribunals throughout Scotland acting for multi-national companies, insurers, claims companies and individuals. She has an enviable breadth of experience, allowing her to provide authoritative and practical advice, which her clients appreciate. Her expertise is also appreciated by other solicitors, who often instruct her to deal with disputes in cases where they need assistance.
Jane’s experience acting for large insurance companies and a national claims company forms the basis of her reputation for negotiating and securing settlements in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Claims. She offers clients a variety of funding options to progress them.
Jane regularly advises on all types of Employment Law issues and with employment disputes, very often the sooner you seek expert advice the better the outcome. Jane works with both employers and employees providing advice on redundancy issues, settlement agreements, discrimination, unfair dismissal, TUPE, grievances and performance management.
Jane is regularly appointed by courts to safeguard the interests of vulnerable adults, and regularly advises and represents clients seeking Guardianship Orders under the Adults with Incapacity legislation.
She also has many years’ experience handling all types of Civil Litigation, including Debt Recovery, Commercial Disputes, Insolvency, advising Landlords on the Recovery of Property, and representing clients at Fitness to Practise and Professional Conduct hearings.
Jane has a keen interest in the welfare of others and is a Director & Trustee of Perthshire Women's Aid.
Jane is married with a young son. She is a keen cook, and enjoys swimming, golf, watching sport, and enjoying the great outdoors.

Louise is a Paralegal in our busy Courts department. Having worked at the Perth Sheriff Court for 15 years prior to joining Macnabs she has gained a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of the legal system, and now works alongside our solicitors assising in all areas of litigation, from debt recovery to contract and property disptues.
Despite her busy work schedule, Louise makes time for her passions outside of work. She enjoys staying active, going to the gym and venturing up Munros with her husband and her furry companion Rudi. In addition to her love of the outdoors, Louise values spending time with loved ones and visiting family is a top priority for her.
