Macnabs, a leading law firm with offices in Perthshire, Tayside and Stirlingshire, is delighted to announce the recent bolstering of its Civil Court Team, ensuring that clients continue to receive expert legal representation across a wide spectrum of civil and commercial litigation matters. Led by the highly experienced Jane McNicol, the Team earlier this year welcomed the return of Lauren Alexander-Smith, a solicitor who trained with the firm. Lauren has 20 years of industry experience, including working for Dundee City Council’s Debt Recovery Department and a number of high street law firms, adding significant depth to the team.

As parents, we all want to protect and care for our children, and when they are younger it is generally acknowledged that parents have a right, and a responsibility, to do so. The law gives children more rights and responsibilities as they grow up, and when a child turns 16 they are effectively considered an adult and in many situations are deemed to be able to make decisions independently.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Secretary to strengthen our busy court team which can be based in any of our offices. This is a full-time role working, 8.45am until 5pm Monday to Friday.
