Ashleigh is a Solicitor working within our busy Family Law team. Having joined the Firm in 2014, Ashleigh was a Paralegal in our Private Client Department before joining our Property Team in 2015 when she began her studies for her Diploma in Legal Practice at Strathclyde University. Ashleigh previously completed her dual Law Degree in Scots and English Law at Dundee University.
Ashleigh is now a qualified solicitor and works with clients in areas such as divorce and separation, cohabitation agreements, prenups, civil partnerships, as well as disputes about children. She helps resolve issues through a range of methods such as negotiation, litigation or arbitration, to make situations as stress free as possible for her clients. Her experience in the property department lends to helping solve matters arising from divorce or separation, such as relocation.
Ashleigh is married and has lived in Perth all of her life. She enjoys travel and (tries) to keep fit in her spare time.
