Paralegal Practice Areas & Specialisms Wills, Trusts & Estates Anne is qualified as a Specialist Paralegal in Wills, Trusts and Executries working in our Private Client Team and is based in our Pitlochry office. Anne is the first point of contact being front of house in Pitlochry and is indigenous to Highland Perthshire having grown up in Dunkeld and attended Breadalbane Academy in Aberfeldy. She has previously worked with the NHS and Perth & Kinross Council in both secretarial and community support roles and has a varied knowledge of the area having also been involved in various local community projects over the years.   Whilst at work she helps with the administration of the Betty Ross Trust and the Sinclair Trust, and outside of work Anne keeps busy as a Trustee on the Dunkeld, Birnam & District Community Development Trust, a voluntary member of the Dunkeld & Birnam Foodshare Group, and is also a Trustee on the Dalguise Hall Committee. Solicitor  LLB (Hons) Dip.LP, NP Practice Areas & Specialisms Family Ashleigh is a Solicitor working within our busy Family Law team. Having joined the Firm in 2014, Ashleigh was a Paralegal in our Private Client Department before joining our Property Team in 2015 when she began her studies for her Diploma in Legal Practice at Strathclyde University. Ashleigh previously completed her dual Law Degree in Scots and English Law at Dundee University. Ashleigh is now a qualified solicitor and works with clients in areas such as divorce and separation, cohabitation agreements, prenups, civil partnerships, as well as disputes about children. She helps resolve issues through a range of methods such as negotiation, litigation or arbitration, to make situations as stress free as possible for her clients. Her experience in the property department lends to helping solve matters arising from divorce or separation, such as relocation. Ashleigh is married and has lived in Perth all of her life.
